Returns and refunds
1. Hosiery & Hygiene Policy
Tights, stockings, and hosiery items are intimate garments. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging, or
- The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
If the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal broken, the item is non-returnable, even if it appears unused.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the fault or damage, including packaging
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A full refund, including standard delivery costs
3. Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on hosiery items that have been opened, worn, or unsealed.
If an item remains fully sealed, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
4. How to Request a Return
Before returning any items, you must contact us first at:

Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to sender.
Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging.
5. Refunds
Once a return has been approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note:
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items do not meet return conditions
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
