SINNR Tights – Returns & Refunds Policy


We want you to love your SINNR Tights. Due to the nature of hosiery products and for hygiene reasons, we operate a strict returns policy, outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns


Tights and stockings can only be returned if they meet one of the following conditions:

  • They are unworn, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging, or
  • They were damaged or faulty on arrival

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any tights or stockings that have been:

  • Opened or unsealed
  • Tried on or worn
  • Washed
  • Altered in any way


This policy applies even if the item appears unused.


Damaged or Faulty Items


If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue and packaging


Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund (including standard delivery costs)


Change of Mind


Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind on hosiery items once packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal broken.


If an item remains fully sealed and unused, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


How to Request a Return


Please contact us before returning any items.

Unapproved returns may be refused.


Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Consumer Rights


This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
